19 Jan 2025: In a search operation and area domination exercise, the Manipur Police recovered huge amount of arms and ammunition on Saturday from the foothill of Usoipokpi under Lilong PS, Thoubal District.
The items recovered includes 1(one) no. of Single Bore Barrel (Sniper), 1(one) no. of country made Rifle, 1(one) no. of Amogh Carbine magazine, 3 (three) nos. of .303 magazine, 1 (one) no. of HE Hand Grenade, 1(one) no. of Detonator, 5(five) nos. of 7.62 x 39mm live round, 6(six) nos. of .32 live round, 1(one) no. of 9mm live round, 6(six) nos. of .303 empty case, 4(four) nos. of 7.62mm (SLR) empty case, 6(six) nos. of 7.62 x 39mm empty case, 1(one) no. of Green Smoke 80MK1, 2(two) nos. of Stun Shell 
, 3(three) nos. of Tear Smoke Shell, 3(three) nos. of TYT Radio set along with Antenna, 3(three) nos. of charger and 1(one) no. of Adaptor.
