Imphal, Dec 28: A cultural rally was organised by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Manipur on Saturday as part of its 11th State Conference 2025, being held from December 27 to 29.
The rally, held on the second day of the three-day conference, was organised under the theme “Students’ Power, Nation’s Power.” Students and delegates from various district councils across Manipur participated in the programme.
Speaking to the media, ABVP Manipur State Joint Secretary Pinubala Laishram said the cultural rally was aimed at showcasing the rich cultural diversity of Manipur and highlighting unity among students. She said the rally featured participation from students, artists, and youth leaders, with addresses planned along the route.
She further stated that ABVP places special emphasis on Gyan–Sheel–Ekta (knowledge, character, and unity), adding that unity in diversity remains a core objective of the organisation.
The rally started from JN Dance College and concluded at Ima Keithel, passing through key areas of Imphal city.
