The Agriculture Department’s Plant Health Clinic expert team, in collaboration with the expert team of District Agriculture Office (DAO) Bishnupur, today monitored crops for pesticides and diseases in Pombikhok, a red zone area in Kumbi Kendra.
The team focused on crop health and disease prevention during their visit to the region. The team inspected 10 hectares of farmland in Pombikhok, specifically checking for signs of pest infestations and diseases affecting the crops.
They reviewed ongoing pest control measures and evaluated the effectiveness of the current prevention strategies in place. The inspection was aimed at ensuring that crops remain healthy and free from harmful pesticides and diseases.
