December 28, 2025 : The All Manipur Body Builders Association (AMBBA) today conducted a trial selection and selected a total of 18 players across various categories to represent Manipur in two major upcoming events—the 16th Men’s Junior/Masters/Divyang/Ladies Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship 2026 to be held in Telangana, and the 12th Eastern India Men’s and Women’s Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Championship 2026 scheduled in Odisha.
According to AMBBA, 14 players and one official have been selected for the Telangana championship in categories including Junior Men’s Bodybuilding, Masters, Sports Physique, Junior Women, and Ladies Bodybuilding, while four players will compete in the Odisha meet in Men’s Bodybuilding and Men’s Sports Physique categories.
