Pukhrambam Anand Singh, a member of the All Manipur Kidney Transplant Patients’ Welfare Association, made the state proud by winning a silver medal in the 5000-meter race walk at the National PGI Transplant Games 2025 held in Chandigarh.
Anand Singh, a kidney transplant recipient, showcased remarkable resilience and athleticism, securing a podium finish in the prestigious event. Upon his return to Imphal, Anand Singh was warmly welcomed at the Imphal International Airport by his fellow members of the association, who expressed their pride and admiration for his achievement.
The welcoming ceremony was further graced by members of the Celin Digital team and youth workers from the Thamnapokpi Youth Workers’ Club, who gathered to honor his accomplishment.
