The Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Manipur has completed the preparation of Annual Increment Pay Slips for all Gazetted Officers of the Government of Manipur whose Date of Next Increment (DNI) falls on July 1, 2025.
All concerned Chief Controlling Officers, Controlling Officers, and Heads of Departments are informed to depute their authorized representatives to collect the pay slips from the AG’s office in Imphal starting from July 15, 2025.
The documents will be available for collection on all working days between 10 AM and 3 PM.
At the time of collection, representatives or individual officers must also submit the Employee Profile generated from the Central Management Information System (CMIS). This is a necessary requirement for updating the Gazetted Entitlement Management System (GEMS) under the CMIS framework adopted by the State Government.
Senior Accounts Officer of the GOE Section, M. Nungleiba Singh, in a release, urged all departments to ensure timely collection and submission in order to streamline salary entitlement processes and maintain updated digital records.
