Following the publication of the draft Electoral Rolls on April 8, 2025, by the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) for 49-Tadubi (ST) Assembly Constituency, claims and objections were invited from the public. As stated by Joint Chief Electoral Officer of Manipur, Ramananda Nongmeikapam, a house-to-house (H2H) survey was conducted by 81 Booth Level Officers (BLOs), and 145 Booth Level Agents (BLAs) were appointed by political parties for the verification process.
After addressing all claims and objections, the final electoral rolls were published on May 5, 2025, by the ERO, and a copy was distributed to all political parties.
As per Section 24(a) of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, individuals who are dissatisfied with the final decision may file an appeal with the District Election Officer/Deputy Commissioner of Senapati. If further dissatisfaction remains, an appeal can be filed with the Chief Electoral Officer.
