Lt. Gen. Ram Chander Tiwari, GOC-in-C Eastern Command, along with Lt. Gen. Abhijit S Pendharkar, GOC Spear Corps, and Maj. Gen. Ravroop Singh, IGAR South, met Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla at Raj Bhavan today.
