March 6, 2025: As part of the National Integration Tour organized by Assam Rifles under Spear Corps, 17 boys and 11 girls from Northeast India had a memorable interaction with the President of India during their visit to Delhi.
The tour, aimed at fostering national unity and cultural awareness, included visits to key military and historical landmarks on March 5 and 6. Participants explored the Indian Air Force Museum, Rajputana Rifles Regimental Centre, and Red Fort, gaining insights into India’s military heritage and freedom struggle.
On March 6, they visited the National Security Guard (NSG) Centre, where they learned about the elite counter-terrorism force’s training and operations. Additionally, they engaged in local sightseeing, enriching their understanding of India’s cultural and historical legacy.
The four-day stay in Delhi provided the young participants with an enriching experience, blending military exposure, history, and national pride.
