Bike Rally Marks 128th Birth Anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose

Imphal: Jan 23 : The INA War Museum-cum-Netaji Library, under the Department of Art and Culture, joined hands with the INA Local Advisory Committee to organize a special event honoring the 128th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

A significant highlight of the commemoration was a spirited bike rally organized by the Classic Backpackers Motorcycle Club Manipur. The rally commenced with a flag-off ceremony at the India Peace Memorial by Brigadier A. Boral, Commander of the 9th Sector Assam Rifles.

The route traced through key locations along Tiddim Road, including Oinam Bazar, Bishnupur Bazar, Ningthoukhong Bazar, and Moirang Lamkhai, culminating at the INA Martyrs Memorial Complex in Moirang.

Participants, adorned in patriotic fervor, paid homage to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and the valiant martyrs at the memorial complex.

Dr. Th. Gourabidhu Singh, an advisory member of the INA Martyrs Memorial Complex, delivered an insightful address at the conclusion of the rally, emphasizing its role in promoting peace and unity among the community.
