Feb. 17, 2025: The Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BoSEM) has announced examination centres, along with the venues roll number-wise, for all students appearing in this year’s Class X examination, which is scheduled to begin on the 19th of February. Altogether, 39,052 students, including 535 internally displaced students, will appear for the examination at 155 centres across the state. Of these, 62 centres are located in hill districts, while 93 are in valley districts. Among the candidates, 8,468 students are from 306 government schools, 27,374 students are from 583 private schools, and 1,210 students are from 60 aided schools.
Candidates are advised to contact the Officer-in-Charge (O.C.) of their respective centres for further details. They must bring a pencil (HB), an eraser, and blue/black ballpoint pens for darkening the OMR bubbles in answer scripts. Carrying books, notes, papers, writings, mobile phones, or other electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited during the examination.
Authorities have assured that all necessary arrangements, including enhanced security and examination guidelines, are in place to ensure a smooth and fair examination process across all centres in the state.
