Dr. Ranbir Singh, Chairman of the Brahmaputra Board, along with other officials, called on the Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, at Raj Bhavan this evening.
During the meeting, the delegation briefed the Governor on the various ongoing activities of the Brahmaputra Board. They shared details about their work on the development of three major river basins, including the Manipur River.
The team highlighted the significance of these projects in the context of economic growth and flood mitigation in the region.
The Governor expressed his appreciation for the Board’s initiatives and encouraged the team to continue their efforts, particularly in serving the best interests of the people of Manipur.
