“Calling Operation Sindoor a ‘tamasha’ is a slap in the face of every brave soldier who risked their life to protect their nation,” former Manipur CM N. Biren Singh reprobated Congress MP Praniti Shinde in his post on X.
Congress MP Praniti Shinde today, during the discussion in the House, said Operation Sindoor was nothing but a ‘tamasha’ of the government in the media. “No one is telling us what was achieved in this operation,” she said.
Former Manipur CM N. Biren Singh described the statement as “shameful, disgraceful, and insensitive.”
N. Biren reacted in the post that if you cannot honour our forces, at least have the decency not to mock their sacrifices. “National security is not your playground for political drama,” he wrote.
N. Biren Singh added, “Op Sindoor shows the world that India will hit back with strength and precision. Terror camps were destroyed, enemies were eliminated, and our national resolve was made clear.”
