Jan. 30, 2025 : Central forces arrested three active cadres of KYKL and one active cadre of UNLF-K from the general area between BP-85 and BP-86, Tengnoupal District, on the 28th of this month.
The arrested persons are identified as Rishikanta Laishram @ Malemnganba (32) (KYKL), Poireiton Leitanthem @ Tokio (26) (KYKL), and Naorem Yohenba Singh @ Nongyai (26) (KYKL).
The lone UNLF (K) cadre is identified as Kh. Malemnganba Meitei @ Phoungakpa (27).
From their possession, one Khukri, two mobile phones, one power bank, four liquor bottles, two debit cards, one Aadhaar card, one Voter ID, and one PAN card were recovered.
The arrested persons were handed over to Tengnoupal PS, Tengnoupal District.
