Imphal, March — Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh has extended warm greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Sajibu Nongma Panba Cheiraoba.
In his message, the Chief Minister stated that Cheiraoba marks the beginning of a new year and symbolizes fresh hopes, renewed energy, and aspirations for a better future. He emphasized that the festival is deeply rooted in the cultural traditions of Manipur and plays an important role in strengthening family ties and social harmony.
Highlighting the spirit of the festival, he called upon the people to embrace unity, peace, and mutual respect while working collectively for the progress and development of the state.
