JAN 16, 2025 (IMP): The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur, has become the first State Board in India to establish a dedicated PARAKH Cell for implementing the transformative reforms of NEP-2020, as initiated by PARAKH–NCERT, New Delhi.
The newly established PARAKH Cell at the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur, was inaugurated on Friday at the Council’s office by Professor Indrani Bhaduri, CEO and Head of PARAKH–NCERT, New Delhi, along with the Chairman of the Council, Takhellambam Ojit Singh.
The inauguration event was also attended by Dr. E. Iboyaima Singh, Dr. Y. Kunjabihari Singh, and N. Opendro Singh, State-nominated Council Members, as special guests, along with Professor Kh. Dineshkumar, the Council’s Resource Person.
It is said that the dedicated PARAKH Cell will serve as a platform for organising workshops and facilitating discussions among resource persons, subject experts, educationists, and teachers in alignment with PARAKH initiatives for the effective implementation of NEP 2020.
