Feb. 5, 2025: Manipur Police arrested two suspected KCP (PWG) members on Tuesday from the Mahabali area, under Porompat Police Station, in Imphal East district of Manipur.
According to Manipur Police, the arrested duo, identified as Ningthoukhonjam Jubiter alias Bungcha (27) and Sorokhaibam Amarjit Singh alias Halakpa Khuman (28), were directly involved in extortion activities targeting the general public, government officials, and shopkeepers in the greater Imphal area.
From their possession, police recovered one M20 pistol loaded with five live rounds in the magazine, one two-wheeler, one sling bag, and two mobile phones.
