According to the latest COVID-19 status report issued by the Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP), 4 out of 19 samples tested today have returned positive, recording a daily positivity rate of 21.1%.
With these new cases, the total number of COVID-19 positive cases reported in Manipur since June 1, 2025, has reached 302. Imphal West continues to register the highest number of infections, followed by Imphal East and Bishnupur districts.
The current number of active cases stands at 47, with the majority under home isolation. A total of 255 individuals have recovered and been discharged. Encouragingly, no COVID-19 related deaths have been reported in the state so far.
The Government of Manipur continues to urge the public to remain vigilant and adhere strictly to COVID-appropriate behaviour.
