Churachandpur, March 18 — Deputy Commissioner Dharun Kumar S on Tuesday inaugurated the Primary Health Centre at Henglep, highlighting efforts to strengthen healthcare infrastructure in the subdivision.
The centre, which had long been operating without adequate facilities, has now been upgraded to better serve the local population. Following the inauguration, the Deputy Commissioner inspected various sections of the facility, including rooms, equipment, and healthcare arrangements.
The event was attended by Letzamang Haokip along with district officials and representatives from line departments.
Later in the day, a District Level Officers’ meeting was held at the SDO Office complex in Henglep. The meeting focused on assessing the progress of ongoing schemes, identifying challenges, and discussing measures to improve implementation and outreach in rural areas.
