The Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) organised its 84th Mega Blood Donation Camp today, in connection with its 24th Foundation Day.
The programme was held under the theme “Maheiroi Khunai Amadi Leipak Meeyamgi Kathoklaba Ee”, emphasising service to humanity and society by students.
The blood donation camp was conducted simultaneously at different hospitals, including RIMS, JNIMS, Shija Hospitals, Babina Healthcare, and Thoubal District Hospital.
Around 150 voluntary blood donors reportedly took part in the initiative, extending support to patients in need across the state.
