August 4, 2025 (DIO-IPR): The District Administration Kakching, in collaboration with the District e-Governance Society (DeGS), began a two-day Refresher-cum-Hands-on Training Programme on the e-Office system today at the NIC Video Conference Room, DC Office Complex, Kakching.
The training aims to enhance officials’ skills in electronic file handling, digital signatures, note sheet preparation, and workflow management to ensure smoother implementation of e-Office across district offices.
A total of 22 participants from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Sub-Divisional Office Kakching, and Sub-Divisional Office Waikhong are attending. Resource person Sapam Lalhari, Informatics Officer (DIT) Kakching and Thoubal, is conducting the sessions with support from the technical team.
The programme focuses on bridging knowledge gaps and providing hands-on practice to improve efficiency and reduce paperwork. It will conclude tomorrow.
