March 26, 2025: In a demonstration organized by the INDIA alliance students’ organization at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi, Joyson Kh, President of NSUI Manipur, highlighted pressing issues affecting students in Manipur.
He addressed concerns, including frequent paper leaks in HSLC and COHSEM examinations, reports of violence against students at relief camps, and the prolonged halt in scholarship disbursements for over two years.
During the protest, Joyson Kh called for equitable and accessible democratic education in Manipur.
He expressed strong opposition to the UGC draft 2025 and the NEP 2020, emphasizing the need for reforms to ensure fair educational opportunities and safety for students across the region.
