Feb 22, 2025: A flash cordon and search operation was conducted at Thoubal Bazaar by Thoubal District Police today.
The operation was led by Additional Superintendent of Police (Operations) Hijam Devendra Singh, along with DSPs (CDO and Ops), CDO teams, and was assisted by personnel of the 171 Bn Border Security Force (BSF).
During the operation, a total of 123 individuals were verified. However, no arrests were made. The operation was part of ongoing security measures to maintain law and order in the district.
