The Federation of Civil Society Organisations (FOCS), Manipur has dissolved its Thoubal District Committee for the time being. The decision was taken today in a meeting presided over by FOCS President B.M. Yaima Shah at its Headquarter Office located near Imphal War Cemetery (Kaboleikai).
Meanwhile, the FOCS also informed that, with a view to helping people develop economically, the CSO is all set to organize skill development training programs, as the year-long issue in Manipur has drastically affected people economically.
The objective of the training is to make people self-reliant with viable income sources, according to a statement issued by the Assistant Secretary of the organisation, FOCS, Manipur.
