March 26, 2025: The Federation of Civil Society Organisations (FOCS) Manipur has sent advance wishes to the people of Manipur on the occasion of ‘Sajibu Nongma Panba Cheiraoba’ and ‘Eid-Ul-Fitr’.
Wishing the people through a statement issued by the Secretary of Information and Public Relations, FOCS said, may the celebration strengthen the unity and bonding among the indigenous brethren of both the hill and valley of Manipur.
On the occasion of ‘Eid-Ul-Fitr’, FOCS also extended its special wishes to all the ‘Meitei-Pangal’ of Manipur, which is one of the biggest festivals for the Islamic religion, celebrated after the holy month of Ramadan. May the celebration bring more peace and development, and strengthen the understanding and trust among all the indigenous communities.
