In a continued drive against illicit drug trafficking in Manipur, the security forces have seized 1.296 kg of suspected Heroin No. 4 from Gouchinkhup Veng near Venus Hotel under Churachandpur District on Monday.
The arrested individual has been identified as Letminthang (29) of P. Chehjang village, Chandel District. From his possession, 108 (one hundred and eight) soap cases containing approx. 1.296 kg of suspected Heroin No. 4 were seized.
Other items seized include one (01) four-wheeler, one (01) Aadhaar Card, and one (01) mobile phone.
