Governor of Manipur Ajay Kumar Bhalla has extended his warm greetings and best wishes to the people of the State, particularly to the Christian community, on the occasion of Christmas, 2025.
In his message, the Governor said Christmas, observed on 25 December, marks the birth of Jesus Christ and is one of the most sacred festivals of the Christian faith. He described Jesus Christ as the embodiment of peace and compassion, whose teachings of forgiveness, love, and brotherhood continue to inspire humanity.
The Governor expressed hope that the festival would bring peace, hope, and joy to Manipur and urged the people to celebrate the occasion by strengthening unity and reaffirming their commitment to harmony and prosperity in the State.
