Thoubal, March 05 : The All Manipur Muslim Students’ Organisation (AMMSO) Headquarters organised a grand Iftar party at Madrassa Nazariya in Kiyamgei, Imphal East District, on Thursday to mark the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
In his address, AMMSO President Safiullah Khut-heibam stated that the organisation has been hosting Iftar parties across the region and will continue to do so, aiming to promote unity and solidarity among the Muslim community.
The event was part of the organisation’s efforts to reach out to the community and bring people together. He also appealed to other civil society organisations to lend support to AMMSO’s initiatives, hoping they would continue such efforts in the future, contributing to the welfare of the community.
The organisation’s activities are focused on promoting social harmony and addressing issues affecting the Muslim community in Manipur, he added.
