“Eigi Yum Leite,” a graphic poetry book by Mutum Kaniska and Thawan, was launched today at Books and Coffee, Singjamei Yumnam Leikai, Imphal, as part of ‘Kekru Sessions 26 Komix’. The book, blending poetry with striking visual art, was formally introduced during the event, followed by an engaging discussion and interaction with its creators.
Organisers announced that an exhibition and interactive session with the artists will be held on August 10 and 11 at the same venue, giving readers an opportunity to explore the work in detail and connect with the authors and illustrators.
Published by Kekru, an Imphal-based publishing house known for promoting literature, comics, and graphic poetry, the release attracted a gathering of artists, literary enthusiasts, and well-wishers.
