The inaugural session was graced by Chief Justice K. Somashekar as the Chief Guest, who highlighted the pressing need for deeper judicial understanding of evolving challenges in cybercrime, narcotics-related offences, and the transformative legal shift brought by the new criminal laws.
The gathering was also attended by Justice A. Bimol Singh, Justice A. Guneshwar Sharma, and Justice Golmei Gaiphulshillu, Director of the Manipur Judicial Academy.
Eminent legal luminaries, including Advocate General of Manipur Hijam Lenin Singh, Bar Council Chairman S. Brajabihari Singh, High Court Bar Association President N. Kumarjit Singh, and All Manipur Bar Association President Chakpram Bimolchandra Singh, joined as Guests of Honour.
