March 5, 2025 : A four-member delegation from Imagi Meira has submitted a memorandum to President Droupadi Murmu, urging her intervention in resolving the ongoing Manipur crisis. The memorandum was formally accepted at Rashtrapati Bhavan, while the delegation also sought appointments with BJP National President JP Nadda and other central leaders to discuss the issue.
According to Imagi Meira representative Sujata Thokchom, their organization is committed to directly engaging with decision-makers to push for a resolution. “The President has accepted our memorandum, and we are continuing our efforts to secure meetings with key leaders to highlight the urgency of the situation,” she said.
Imagi Meira has been actively advocating for peace and stability in Manipur, emphasizing the need for concrete steps from the central government. The delegation reaffirmed that they would persist in their outreach to national leaders in the coming days.
