March 11, 2025 : A three-member delegation from Imagi Meira has been stationed in New Delhi since March 3, awaiting an official response to their memorandum submitted on March 5.
The team, led by Convenor Th. Sujata, requested a meeting with both the President of India and the BJP National President to discuss pressing matters concerning the ongoing unrest in Imphal.
Despite submitting a three-point memorandum, the team has yet to receive any appointment confirmation or an official response.
In a statement, Th. Sujata expressed growing concern over the delay, particularly given the current volatile situation in Imphal, where public agitation continues to spread across the state.
She emphasized the urgency of the matter, stating that the coming days are critical and that the team is considering further steps should they not receive an appointment soon.
