Jan. 29, 2025 : The Universal Friendship Organisation (UFO), headquartered at No. 1 Langthabal Phuramakhong Battalion, marked its 24th Raising Day with fervor and pride on Wednesday.
The commemorative event, held at the battalion, was highlighted by the ceremonial hoisting of the Lord Pakhangba-emblemed flag by social worker Angom Jugin, followed by a solemn salute from the members in attendance.
The occasion was graced by the presence of UFO Vice President RK Sana Parihal, Secretary General Y. Meiraba, Publicity Secretary T. Wanglen Meitei, and instructors, among others.
Participants and attendees alike celebrated the organisation’s dedication to fostering camaraderie and unity within the community.
