Intellisome Consulting Private Limited launched a first-of-its-kind e-book titled ‘100 Ideas of Food’ during its 3rd Foundation Day celebration in Imphal on Friday, highlighting the company’s achievements, research initiatives, and its growing contribution to the field of food testing, research, and consultancy.
The e-book is a celebration of food, packed with knowledge and art that brings together the major groups of processed foods in one inclusive volume, designed to inform, inspire, and support professionals, educators, and aspiring entrepreneurs. It is now already available on e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
The event brought together scientists, researchers, entrepreneurs, and industry experts to discuss emerging challenges in food safety, nutrition, and analytical testing.
Speakers lauded Intellisome’s contributions to promoting scientific food quality assessment and its continued support to government agencies, food producers, and consumers in ensuring safe and standardised food products. The newly launched e-book, titled “Hundred Ideas of Food,” documents the firm’s journey over the past three years and presents creative insights into food preparation, preservation, and innovation, enriched with graphics and high-quality images.
Speaking on the occasion, Director Dayanidhi Huidrom said, “Our firm has compiled this book entirely on food—from preparation methods to product innovation. It is now available on Amazon and Kindle.
