Feb. 5, 2025: In a strategic move to ensure peace and stability amidst the current law and order situation, a joint search operation was conducted this morning by the Tengnoupal District, Moreh Police, led by Md Riyajuddin, MPS, Additional SP (Ops)/Moreh.
The operation was carried out in collaboration with personnel from Moreh PS, 1+4+25 BSF Coy G/17&22, and 1+2+25 of 5 AR Bn-45 BSF.
Targeting key areas, including Tali Road, Nepali Basti, and the northern side of Muslim/Pangal Basti Chingdong Leikai, the team successfully searched 48 houses and verified the identities of 116 individuals, comprising 71 males and 45 females.
The operation, which began at 6 AM and concluded at 8:30 AM, did not result in any arrests or recoveries.
This operation is part of the government’s continued commitment to maintaining peace and security, reinforcing proactive measures in the face of the ongoing law and order situation.
