A felicitation programme was held at Khongampat on Saturday, organised by Khunja Naharol Society, to honour students who successfully cleared the recent Class 10 and 12 board examinations.
Founder of the society, N. Tomba Singh, told media persons that the event was not restricted to academic toppers.
“We did not consider marks or percentages. Every student from our area who passed was invited. Our goal is to acknowledge their effort and motivate them for the future,” he said.
He added that such encouragement is vital, stating, “These young minds are the future pillars of our society. Recognising them today is an investment in a stronger tomorrow.”
The event saw the participation of students, parents, and local residents in a modest yet inspiring celebration of academic achievement and perseverance.
