May 16, 2025: In a joint meeting conducted this afternoon at Guwahati, Kuki MLAs, CSOs, and SoO groups resolved that until the resumption of substantive political dialogue by the Government of India with the SoO groups, the CSOs and elected representatives shall no longer engage with the Government of India or its representatives.
The joint meeting of the MLAs further reiterated that, unless substantive political dialogue resumes, there will be no engagement with the Government of India or its representatives.
