A digital content creator (YouTuber) linked to a viral video allegedly promoting distrust among social groups was arrested by Manipur Police today, following an investigation into a registered FIR. In the video, the accused was seen interviewing random individuals with suggestive questions that could reportedly encourage conspiracy to commit criminal intimidation and spread false information.
The individual has been identified as Yumkhaibam Shantikumar, aged 25, from Tangkham Awang Leikai, Haraorou, Pangei Yangdong in Imphal East district.
