The IGP (Zone-II) of Manipur Police, K. Kabib, IPS (2005 batch), has been appointed as Inspector General of the Central Reserve Police Force. IPS officer K. Kabib is currently serving as the Inspector General of Police (IGP) in Zone-II of the Manipur Police.
He is a 2005-batch IPS officer. He was previously the SP of Ukhrul. In the past, he has also served as IGP (Intelligence) and was involved in handling situations following attacks by Kuki militants and a mob attack in Imphal. He was also empanelled as a Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in the Government of India.
