Commemorating the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign carried out widely in the state, the Jawaharlal Nehru Manipur Dance Akademi (JNMDA) showcased Manipuri dance and music performances in the ‘Tiranga Concert’ at Palace Auditorium in Imphal today.
Governor of Manipur Ajay Kumar Bhalla graced the event ‘Tiranga Concert’ as part of the campaign, which aims to foster patriotism and national unity. The Manipur Governor said the event was a reaffirmation of patriotism and the vision of PM Shri Narendra Modi to instill pride in the National Flag. He emphasized that the Tiranga embodies sovereignty, strength, and the nation’s collective aspirations.
Performances captivated the audience with their dances and music. The event, organised by the JNMDA, a constituent unit of the Sangeet Natak Akademi, is dedicated to preserving and promoting Manipuri dance and music.
