Representatives of the Manipur Olympic Association called on the Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, at Raj Bhavan today to discuss the upgradation of key sports infrastructure at the Khuman Lampak Sports Complex.

The request comes following a proposal from the Meghalaya State Olympic Association, which will be hosting the games.
The Governor directed the Secretary of Youth Affairs and Sports, N. Praveen Singh, who was also present at the meeting, to expedite the process for upgrading the facilities to ensure timely completion ahead of the sporting mega event.
