Feb. 4, 2025: Manipur Police on Monday arrested five suspected active members of KCP (Meitei City) from the Mantripukhri Thakurbari area under Heingang Police Station of Imphal East District.
The arrested persons have been identified as Laishram Bulu Singh (26), RK Nelson (19), Lairelrakpam Thoiba Singh (27), Kangujam Jebash Singh (28), and Boyamayum Zabirkhan (19).
From their possession, the police recovered one 9mm pistol along with a magazine loaded with eleven live rounds, two 36 HE hand grenades, three mobile phones, one sling bag, a sum of ₹5,700 (five thousand seven hundred), and one four-wheeler.
