Feb. 19, 2025 : This year, the Class-X examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BoSEM) began this morning, and the examination will be conducted across 155 centers.
Since morning, before the exam began, traffic, especially in the Imphal area, was congested due to exam-related commuters, and student guardians were seen dropping their wards off at their respective centers and waiting outside.
Altogether, 39,052 students, including 535 internally displaced students, will appear for the examination at 155 centers across the state. Of these, 62 centers are located in hill districts, while 93 are in valley districts.
Among the candidates, 8,468 students are from 306 government schools, 27,374 students are from 583 private schools, and 1,210 students are from 60 aided schools.
