March 25, 2025 : The State Focus Paper 2025-26, outlining key strategies for agricultural and rural credit, was unveiled at the State Credit Seminar 2025, organized by NABARD Manipur Regional Office at Classic Sangai Hall, Hotel Imphal.
Chief Secretary Prashant Kumar Singh, IAS, attended as the Chief Guest, alongside senior officials Arun Kumar Sinha, IAS, N. Ashok Kumar, IAS, and Partha Mandal, GM, NABARD Manipur.
Experts from RBI, SLBC, and state finance departments shared insights on strengthening rural credit systems. Best-performing banks were also felicitated for their contributions to financial inclusion.
The seminar concluded with an open-house discussion and a vote of thanks by Ratan Mani Soram, AGM, NABARD, followed by networking over lunch.
