March 2, 2025: Assam Rifles, in coordination with the Police Department, Zokhawthar, seized methamphetamine tablets worth ₹60.62 crore near Crossing Point One along the Indo-Myanmar border.
Acting on credible intelligence, the team intercepted the consignment weighing 20.209 kg, worth ₹60.6 crore, during an anti-narcotics operation. The seized drugs were handed over to the Police Department, Zokhawthar, for further legal action.
