March 30, 2025: The young future generation of mixed martial arts (MMA), Manipur’s young fighter Korouhenba Urungpurel, with his techniques and resilient knockdowns, defeated his opponent Bhavesh Varma in the under-16 MMA 50 KG category today at the bout at Fit and Fight Club, Nerul, Navi Mumbai.
Korouhenba Urungpurel (6-1-0), from Urungpurel Gym, trained under Apachee, is a battle-tested and hungry-for-victory fighter, while Bhavesh Varma (4-10) is from Warrior Fitness Club and is coached by Rahul Varma.
