20 March, 2025 : Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) President Keisham Meghachandra Singh has welcomed the upcoming visit of six Supreme Court justices to Manipur. Addressing the media at Congress Bhavan, he expressed his appreciation for their visit and urged them to closely observe the hardships and suffering of those residing in relief camps.
Commenting on the recent disappearance of college student L. Mukesh on March 16, 2025, Meghachandra called for an immediate end to violence in the state. He stressed that such unlawful activities would only hinder the restoration of peace and normalcy in Manipur.
The MPCC president reiterated the need for justice and urged authorities to take decisive action to ensure the safety and security of all citizens.
