The Manipur State Commission for Women (MSCW) organized a camp at Kombirei Hall, DC Office, Lamphelpat, to assess the living conditions of internally displaced persons (IDPs) and conflict-affected victims in Imphal West district.
Key officials from various departments attended the camp, including Sub-Divisional Officers, Zonal Education Officers, District Social Welfare Officer, District Programme Officer (ICDS), Chief Medical Officer, Executive Engineer (PHED), and District Supply Officer (CAF&PD). Representatives from the police department, NGOs, and IDP groups also participated.
The camp focused on evaluating the current needs and challenges faced by IDPs and improving coordination among stakeholders managing relief efforts.
