April 8, 2029: The Director General of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Anurag Garg, IPS, on Tuesday called on Mizoram Chief Minister at his office chamber.
They discussed various key issues of the state including the drug menace and its alarming proportions. The CM also emphasised the lack of manpower to be more vigilant in order to tackle drug trafficking from the neighboring countries.
The meeting has not come up with an accurate plan to counter the drug trafficking and users, according to reports.
