Ahead of the scheduled visit of the Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, on October 18, Deputy Commissioner of Noney, Sharath Chandra Arroju, chaired a District Level Officers (DLOs) meeting today at the DC Conference Hall, Noney Headquarters.
During the meeting, the DC briefed officials and staff on the preparations for the Governor’s district-level review meeting. He instructed all departments to remain fully prepared and ensure active participation during the visit. Departments including Agriculture, Horticulture, MSRLM, and Forest were specifically directed to set up exhibition stalls displaying their departmental activities and achievements at the DC complex.
The DC also reviewed arrangements related to security, venue decoration, and other logistical requirements for the high-profile visit. Relevant officers were assigned specific responsibilities to ensure smooth coordination.
Arroju further informed that a PowerPoint presentation highlighting the developmental progress and achievements of various line departments in Noney District would be presented before the Governor. The DIC Noney was asked to provide all necessary technical support for the presentation.
Emphasizing punctuality and coordination, the DC instructed all DLOs to be present in person during the Governor’s review meeting and visit on October 18.
